[slomonews] Slo-Mo update/John Train at Fergie's

hey folks----Thanks very much for coming and selling out World Cafe Live on  
New Year's Eve.  We hope you had as much fun as we did playing.    We're back 
to work on the next disc, tentatively scheduled for an early May  release.  
More details on that to come.  We'll also be putting up  some new tracks on 
_www.Myspace.com/heyslomo_ (http://www.Myspace.com/heyslomo)  in the next  month 
or so.  Slo-Mo will be gigging again in March.    Stay  tuned and thanks 
again!!!
 
In the meantime:  John Train is back in action this month at Fergie's  Pub, 
1214 Sansom st, Phila.  We'll be there tomorrow (Fri, Jan 5) and every  Friday 
in January, 6pm-8pm, 2 sets, free, happy hour, etc...John Train features  Mike 
'Slo-Mo' Brenner on steel, and the masterful Slo-Mo rhythm section of Steve  
Demarest on bass and Mark Schreiber on drums.  The Train plays the  originals 
of singer/guitarist Jon Houlon and many, many great covers and  Fergie's is a 
great hang.  c'mon out!  seeya,  Slo-Mo
